Introduction to role:

As an Analyst in our Procurement department, you will ensure optimum performance and stability for our Procurement applications. You will handle 2nd/3rd line support of P2P process/Coupa, work with vendors to fix defects and small enhancements, and liaise with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues and potential process improvements. This role requires flexibility to work in shifts.

Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the IT Service Delivery Framework by support and ensuring that the application operates within and complies with any regulatory, financial, or internal AstraZeneca standards (GxP, SOx). 

Essential Skills/Experience:
- 4+ years of prior experience in application support and maintenance (L2/L3 support) in Coupa/P2P.
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes across Sourcing, Contracts Management, Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Performance Management and Enterprise integration with SAP.
- Ability to support and manage incidents/tickets queue, requests, changes, or defects for Ariba On-Demand
- Understanding of incident, problem, change, and release management process.
- Experienced with IT Service management tools like Service Now, Remedy, or Service Manager
- Experience working with third-party vendor applications.
- Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to multiple systems and support multiple business groups.
- Good attitude and interpersonal skills. Quick learner.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Familiarity with life sciences (Pharma) domain concepts, workflow and terminology
- Coupa/P2P certification
- Experience in the procurement domain
- Mindset to support business-critical applications
- Keen to acquire new skills and work on new technology products.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to respond well to pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across team boundaries.
- Evidence of shaping innovative solutions that have a major impact within the business area and organization. 
- Excellent business acumen with sensitivity to the environment
- Experience working in a global organization where stakeholders and project team members are geographically dispersed.
