Senior Manager, Governance and Change Management
This position partners across teams including Hard Services, SHE, Workplace Services, IT, engineers, technicians, end users, and external architectural and engineering firms to support effective change closeout, documentation strategy, and engineering playbook updates. In addition, the role oversees relationships with vendors providing document repository solutions and services, while helping maintain engineering software systems, hardware, and licenses.
Minimum Requirements
Education/Experience: Associate's degree, successful completion of an equivalent certificate program, or a minimum of 3-5 years working with Site/Facilities Engineering and Drawing Systems.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with good engineering documentation software and practices.
Organization: Strong organizational skills and structured working methods are required.
Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to support decision-making and system optimization.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across a wide range of disciplines, including science, facilities, and third-party support.
Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
Execution: Good ability to carry out and organize work based on oral or written instructions.
Desirable:
Experience: 3-5 years of Project Engineering or Facilities Change Management experience.
Software: CAD/Revit experience.
Field Exposure: Field engineering experience through on-site project work or field survey experience.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $96,520.00 - 144,780.00. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
