This is a two-year fixed term contract assignment for two individuals to join the team as a Global Share Plan Advisor. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the launch of a new global employee share plan and be part of the team supporting the Global Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Lead and the wider business in all LTI related matters. The Global LTI team is responsible for the delivery of the Global LTI programme in approximately 70 countries for around 30,000 participants, ensuring effective communication, administration, governance, and compliance of all plans.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will support the Global LTI team in launching a new global employee share plan and assist with the global discretionary LTI plans, including the quarterly grant process and releases. You will build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues in other internal functions such as Executive Reward, Payroll, Group and Company Finance, Treasury, Legal, and Company Secretariat to support the delivery of lifecycle events, address and resolve participant-related queries, escalations, and issues. Working closely with our share plan administrator, external global compliance partner, and tax advisor, you will ensure the smooth operations of our global plans.

Essential Skills/Experience:
Experience of administering global company share plans with an understanding of the legislation and regulations that govern them
Proven analytical skills and comfortable using large data sets
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates knowledge and experience of working with third-party providers
Accuracy and diligence with the ability to work at pace and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Experience of working in a diverse and inclusive global environment
Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills
Desirable Skills/Experience:
ICSA Certificate in Employee Share Plans
Issuer experience would be highly advantageous
Experience in working in a HR/Reward, Payroll, Finance, or central support function
Knowledge of Workday HRIS
