This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our journey to become a world-leading Corporate Affairs function. You will support strategy delivery through leading-edge project planning, employee engagement for GCA, and our People & Culture priorities. The diverse nature of the role will enable you to gain diverse experience and exposure across a range of areas in GCA.

Accountabilities:

As a key member of the GCA Strategy & Operations team, you will work closely with team members across the GCA network, supporting execution of key internal communications and employee engagement activities. You will also work closely with the Learning, Development and Culture Director, GCA, supporting key projects and activities aligned to our People & Culture priorities. Lastly, you will have the responsibility for a variety of communications or people related projects across the GCA network, managing often complex sets of stakeholders and ensuring programmes are delivered on-time and on-budget.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in communications with evidence of shaping and developing innovative communications programmes/solutions that have a major impact within the business area and organisation.

  • Experience helping to coordinate internal & external events (live, hybrid and digital) and driving employee engagement initiatives.

  • Demonstrated track record of success in delivering strategic, complex, cross-functional and multi-site projects on-time, on-budget and to committed deliverables to generate significant business value.

  • Demonstrated track record of managing large budgets and working across teams globally to track and reconcile data.

  • Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical context.
