Introduction to role:

Are you ready to turn cutting-edge cell therapy science into real-world trial performance and meaningful patient impact? In this role, you will be the field-facing scientific

expert who accelerates study execution and retention, sharpening safety practices, and enabling early insight generation that shapes how we run our trials. Your expertise will help transform complex protocols into practical, consistent actions across diverse sites and indications.

You will partner closely across functions to ensure our pipeline advances with speed and quality, connecting the latest therapeutic innovations to the day-to-day realities of study teams and trialists.

Accountabilities:

• Build and continuously maintain deep knowledge of our cell therapy pipeline across indications and assets; be recognized internally and externally as a go-to expert who shapes guidance, training, and best practices.

• Lead clear, compliant communications that convey strategy, portfolio breadth, and product differentiation; align messaging across regions and ensure consistency for assigned protocols and sites.

• Design and deliver site initiation content and advanced protocol education; implement competency-based training to drive readiness, consistent execution, and measurable improvements in start-up timelines and protocol adherence.

• Translate inclusion/exclusion criteria and patient flow into pragmatic site actions that raise enrolment rates, reduce screen failures, and minimize attrition.

• Capture and synthesize field insights on feasibility, bottlenecks, and patient pathways; influence protocol and process adjustments and drive corrective/preventive actions to reduce deviations and data queries.

• Co-create and implement high-impact local initiatives with trialists and key experts; track outcomes and scale successful approaches aligned to program priorities.

• Facilitate timely, high-quality scientific and medical dialogues with investigators and internal partners;   capture learnings, and ensure governance compliance.

• Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Supply/Logistics, Patient Operations, and Country teams to provide rapid, reliable service to study sites; maintain continuity with standardized playbooks during surges or coverage needs.

• Maintain current knowledge of local regulations, guidelines, and internal policies; translate requirements into site actions and support inspection readiness.

• Attend relevant scientific meetings; synthesize and share insights. Build relationships across the ecosystem to identify, pilot, and scale innovations that shorten cycle times, improve quality, and enhance site experience.

• Provide country-specific field insights to priority initiatives; shape strategies and deliverables for scalable, locally compliant adoption. Partner with Medical Affairs on scientific plans and field content; coordinate within governance to reflect market dynamics. Ensure traceability from field signals to decisions and operate within policies and SOPs.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field required; advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MSc, NP/PA, MD/RN) preferred.

• Strong prior experience in clinical research or field-facing roles within oncology/hematology or advanced therapies; direct cell therapy experience strongly preferred.

• Working knowledge of GCP, clinical trial operations, and cell therapy patient journey.

• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and training skills; ability to translate complex protocols into practical site actions.

• Willingness to travel regionally/nationally and internationally to support sites and program needs.

• Patient- and site-centric mindset with a bias for action and problem solving.

• Data informed approach to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.

• Agility to support multiple studies and indications in a dynamic portfolio environment.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Prior ownership of site performance metrics.

• Prior account leadership and existing relationships in C/D suites.

• Proven ability to lead trainings, influence without authority, and translate complex protocols into pragmatic site actions, adept at concise escalation and stakeholder alignment.

• Prior large pharma experience in cell therapy.

• Scientific training and/or protocol training expertise.
