ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Purpose:

As a SFE Specialist you will be responsible to support the Sales Force Effectiveness team by delivering accurate sales data analysis, demand sales calculations, target setting, and reporting.

This role plays a key part in optimising sales performance through data-driven insights, territory alignment, and sales force effectiveness initiatives while collaborating with internal stakeholders and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate demand sales and sales targets to support business planning and performance management.
  • Coordinate with distributors to collect, validate, and reconcile monthly sales data.
  • Support Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives, including territory alignment, targeting, incentive administration, and other sales operations activities.
  • Analyze sales execution data to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend opportunities to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights on sales resource allocation and utilization.
  • Respond to inquiries from sales leadership by providing timely and accurate data analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and consistency across sales reporting processes.
  • Assist with small to medium-sized projects related to sales force optimization and operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; French language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of system administration and/or system troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and committed, with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to embrace change and respond effectively to evolving business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage small to medium-sized projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools is considered an asset.
