Job Title: Commercial Data Operations Manager

About Role:

Leading a team of Commercial Excellence/BI analysts in Egypt, focusing on driving commercial performance, incentive frameworks, and demand/sales target frameworks. Collaborating closely with Launch Pal leads to support launch readiness, ensuring the team delivers measurable results, actionable insights, and effective governance. This role is for a strong leader who inspires, develops, and drives a high-performing team while delivering strategic commercial impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, manage, and continuously refine the Incentive Compensation (IC) framework; own the IC calculation process with full accuracy, transparency, and governance.

  • Collaborating with Launch Pal leads to ensure launch readiness and seamless cross-functional alignment.

  • Design insightful tracker of AZ new launches to monitor its execution Vs Operational tactical plans and measure its impact on the new launching brands performance.

  • Develop all kinds of executive/detailed reports to ensure clear communication of his analytics and business insights.

  • Drive commercial team performance measurement and reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Lead all IQVIA-based analytics to support data-driven commercial decisions.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members, building capabilities and fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Own the target-setting framework and lead demand sales calculations.

  • Promote cross-functional leadership and collaboration across commercial initiatives.

  • Ensure robust performance management governance across the commercial team.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor degree of Pharmacy

  • At least 3 years' experience in ComEx functions

  • Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau and CRM Analytics.

  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and grow a high-performing team.

  • Proven experience in commercial excellence.

  • Knowledge of launch readiness frameworks.

  • Demonstrated experience in IQVIA analytics or equivalent commercial data platforms.

  • Solid understanding of demand, sales, and target-setting frameworks.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Knowledge of advanced incentive models and performance governance best practices.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Exposure to MEA commercial frameworks.

  • Experience in project management or leading cross-functional commercial initiatives.

  • Experience in changing management, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
