What you’ll do

As HR Intern you will contribute to various people-related initiatives and processes like internal & external communication, benefits and wellbeing, onboarding, while also supporting the team with typical HR administrative duties. You will be exposed to a broad range of HR areas & resources, business functions and seniority levels, with the opportunity to exercise skills such as communication, collaboration, analytical, problem solving, pragmatic creativity, and ownership.

All in all, we commit to facilitate a truly meaningful experience which will help you be an outstanding candidate no matter which path you will pursue after the internship's completion.

Who are you

  • Fresh graduate or student in final year or master program

  • Demonstrated interest to develop in the area of HR

  • Being a 'fast-learner' with curiousness and proactive self-development approach

  • Solid communication and collaboration skills; positive energy always appreciated

  • Self-management skills e.g. well-organized, task ownership, balance between courage and thoughtful assertiveness

  • Very good level of written and spoken English

  • Digital citizen, familiar with Office suite as well as actively interested in modern technology (e.g. AI) and channels
