As the Associate Director, US HCP Marketing, Neurology, gMG, you'll be at the forefront of driving strategy and tactics in a dynamic and competitive market.
You'll be an integral member of the commercial US gMG Marketing team and Neurology Business Unit, reporting to the Sr. Director of gMG HCP Marketing and collaborating cross-functionally to shape the future of healthcare professional engagement.
Accountabilities:
Leading the creation and implementation of the US HCP HCP engagement strategy, tactics, and budget allocation
Leading the development and execution of HCP speaker programs, national congresses, ad boards, resource development, and Annual Needs Assessment process for HCP engagements
Use data-driven approach to develop KPIs and monitor the performance of peer-to-peer strategy and tactics
Apply industry best practices to enhance the consistency and effectiveness of HCP engagement initiatives
Partnering with commercial colleagues to gather market insights through TLL engagements and ad boards to help identify key drivers of business growth
Partner with Medical and TLL teams to develop and refine the KOL engagement plan
Developing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with cross functional areas and internal strategic partners (i.e., TLLs, Operations, Market Research, Promotional Review Committee, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Field Sales, Training, Market Access, etc.)
Managing marketing communications via written and oral presentations to commercial and medical leadership
Managing agency partners, project timelines and budgets
Essential Skills/Experience:
5+ years of professional pharmaceutical / biotech experience in competitive market landscape(s)
Bachelor’s Degree is required
Strong HCP marketing digital and non-personal engagement experience
Strong ability to learn and display scientific data and business acumen
High level of interpersonal, collaboration skills and highly adept in both verbal & written communication
Ability to work in a constantly evolving and fast paced environment
Ability to travel 25%+ of time
The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. Desirable Skills/Experience:
Advanced Degree or an MBA
Rare disease/ Specialty /high-value biologics experience
Diverse commercial experience (i.e., field sales, operations, TLL)
Demonstrated project management skills
