Total Rewards and HR Services Manager - Andean Cluster
Within the Andean Cluster, we have a key opportunity to strengthen the strategic People and Culture agenda through the role of Total Rewards and HR Services Manager, a regional position with Andean scope (Colombia, Perú, Ecuador y Venezuela) based in Bogotá, Colombia. This role is responsible for designing, articulating, and executing the compensation, benefits, and Peole services strategy for all countries within the Cluster, ensuring competitiveness, equity, operational efficiency, process scalability, and an excellent employee experience.
This role acts as a trusted advisor to People Business Partners, business leaders, and senior management teams, connecting talent decisions with robust analysis, clear policies, market trends, and global guidelines. It leads the execution of critical compensation cycles, drives transformation projects and ensures a high level of governance, compliance, and financial discipline across all Reward related processes.
As a territorial reference for compensation and benefits, this position anticipates global an local trends, drives automation, and proposes innovative solutions that operate across multiple countries, generating direct impact on retention, development, and the competitiveness of talent within the Andean Cluster.‑related processes.
Role Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits at global companies, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or highly regulated sectors.‑country level, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or highly regulated sectors.
- Proficiency in Workday or cloud HR system for managing people, payroll, talent, and organizational data, advanced Excel skills, and experience with analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, comparative models, executive reports).
- Experience managing full compensation cycles: Base Pay Budget, salary reviews, performance reward, and participation in market surveys.
- Advanced knowledge of labor legislation applicable to the countries within the Andean Cluster, and the ability to advise leaders on complex decisions.
- Advanced English and excellent communication skills, including executive storytelling and stakeholder management.
- Experience leading teams and/or work cells, including coaching, goal‑setting, and performance management, as well as experience leading and influencing global cross‑functional teams
- Experience planning and managing Compensation & Benefits budgets and labor cost structures, with a focus on efficiency and financial sustainability.
- Ability to lead transformation and automation projects within People & Culture (analytics, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, process optimization).
- Experience in global policy governance, regulatory compliance, and management of strategic benefits providers.
- Strong digital and collaboration capabilities (Teams, Copilot, AZ ChatGPT, PowerPoint).
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

- Exercise governance over compensation & Benefits policies, securing consistent implementation across all countries in the Andean Cluster.
- Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of employee lifecycle processes, maintaining records, documentation, and compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Advise People Business Partners and business leaders on complex reward decisions, integrating market analysis, internal data, benchmarking, and risk assessment.
- Analyze and review the benefits value proposition (cost, financial impact, competitiveness), forecast future needs, and coordinate with vendors to maximize effectiveness.
- Lead the full execution of the annual Reward cycle: Base Pay Budget, salary reviews, performance reward, and participation in market surveys.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timely update of compensation information in Workday, safeguarding traceability and consistency.
- Conduct salary competitiveness analyses and propose off‑cycle adjustments supported by strong rationales and business alignment.
- Coordinate innovation and transformation projects within People, including automation, process digitalization, advanced analytics, and improvements to the employee experience.
- Manage contracts and relationships with benefits providers, ensuring compliance, value optimization, and high service standards.
- Ensure monthly execution of the Financial Controls Framework exercise and other financial controls in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Manage executive reporting and communication related to Compensation and Benefits decisions for key stakeholders, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and traceability.
