In the Andean Cluster, we have an excellent opportunity for the role of Marketing Associate Senior, based in Colombia. This position is essential to support the implementation of the marketing plan, lead innovation projects, and ensure excellence in the execution of key business unit initiatives, events, marketing materials, and associated processes—contributing directly to the strategic objectives of the area and the organization.

The Marketing Associate Senior acts as a key enabler for commercial and marketing operations, ensuring that activities, materials, and events comply with corporate and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated and effective execution of Cluster initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the marketing plan.

  • Support the execution of innovation projects within the area.

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and follow-up of key projects within the area.

  • Ensure the successful execution of processes, events, and promotional materials for the marketing area.

  • Create and coordinate events and congress programs within established platforms, ensuring their approval and follow-up of all related activities.

  • Track the approval process of promotional materials and coordinate their production with the corresponding suppliers.

  • Ensure the availability and timely distribution of promotional materials each cycle.

  • Verify the required documentation for event execution, ensuring compliance with internal processes and platforms.

  • Coordinate and ensure timely payment to suppliers—both national and international—following established requirements.

  • Participate in field visits to understand market dynamics and support the execution of the Cluster’s marketing plan.

  • Contribute to the definition and execution of product strategies and business plans.

  • Report complaints, adverse events, and deviations in a timely manner.

  • Complete all required corporate training courses on time.

  • Ensure compliance with the code of conduct, corporate/local policies, internal standards, and applicable regulations.

Role Requirements (Essential)

  • Technical or professional education in administrative areas or marketing.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing support or coordination roles.

  • Proficiency in Office tools.

  • Strong skills in:

    • Negotiation

    • Oral and written communication

    • Organization and follow-up

    • Commitment and responsibility

  • Knowledge of and adherence to Occupational Health & Safety policies and Information Security policies.

Desired Competencies and Capabilities

  • Ability to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong documentation management and administrative process discipline.

  • Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong orientation toward compliance, ethics, and secure information handling.

  • Strong digital and collaborative skills: Teams, Copilot, AZChatGPT, PowerPoint, Power BI.
