At AstraZeneca, we are looking for aCOMEX Manager-Andean Cluster (Bogota, Colombia)to join our Business Excellence team. This role willbe responsible forleading the three core processes within Commercial Excellence (COMEX): Business Intelligence (BI), Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), and Incentives. You will ensurestrategicexecution, generation of actionable insights, and optimization of commercial models to drive productivity and performance across the Andean Cluster. Your leadership, analytical skills, and results-driven mindset will be key to aligning processes with organizational priorities and supporting AstraZeneca’s commercial strategy.
MainResponsibilities
- Lead BI, SFE, and Incentives processes, ensuring coherence, quality, and strategic alignment.
- Develop analytical models, strategic reports, and actionable insights to support commercial leadership decision-making.
- Optimizesales force productivity through SFE methodologies, segmentation, targeting, territory mapping, and performance metrics.
- Design, update, andmonitorcommercial incentive schemes, ensuring fairness, strategic alignment, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure proper integration of platforms, data, and analytical processes, promoting a Data & Digital culture within the commercial team.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Business Excellence teams to drive execution of evidence-based commercial plans.
- Monitor commercial KPIs, propose continuous improvements, and provide tactical recommendations tooptimizeresults.
- Ensure ethical, regulatory, and operational compliance across all processes under your responsibility.
KeyRequirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
- 5–8 years of experience in BI, SFE, Commercial Excellence, or similar functions.
- Proven experience in data analysis, interpreting insights, and supporting commercial teams.
- Previousexperience inpharmaceuticalor highly regulated industries is desirable.
- Project management experience in analytics, commercial initiatives, or sales productivity.
- Advanced analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of commercial metrics and sales force productivity models.
- Strong digital and collaborative skills: Teams, Copilot,AZChatGPT, PowerPoint, Power BI.
