Introduction to role:
Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming patient care through innovative technology? As the Patient CRM Technical Lead, you'll be at the forefront of designing, developing, and managing Salesforce-based systems and applications. Reporting to the Associate Director, Service Delivery Patient Platforms, you'll gather project requirements, create scalable solutions, and guide the development team to success. With your extensive knowledge of Salesforce platforms, you'll enhance business processes, improve user experiences, and boost productivity. Accountabilities:
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality.
Develop custom solutions and interfaces using the Salesforce platform.
Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations including development of custom solutions and interfaces, managing technical scope and client expectations, and maintaining system integrity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and prioritize project backlogs.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guides.
Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with the company’s business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to continually improve and further optimize the system.
Provide mentorship and supervise development team.
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on standard processes and new functionalities.
Essential Skills/Experience:
BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar role.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com development, including APEX, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning, and API based integrations.
Strong customer focus with emphasis on usability and simplification.
Familiarity with Salesforce data tools and ETL tools, and platforms such as Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce experience Cloud.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or equivalent certification is a plus.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively with application owners and users. Must be able to translate between technical requirements and business requirements to effectively achieve results.
Ability to adapt and respond effectively to change, delay, and or shifting priorities and goals.
Self-directed with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
