- Build strong internal networks with the Hub Leadership Team, senior enterprise leaders, Finance, HR, Real Estate, Facilities and Communications to align plans, budgets and execution.
- Develop external relationships with labour market partners, universities, vendors, landlords and community representatives to support leasing/fit-outs, talent attraction and positive Hub perception.
- Lead and develop direct reports such as program/project managers for onboarding and fit-outs, facilities/real estate liaisons and administration teams; coordinate cross-functional contributors through matrix governance.
