Job Title: Associate Director - Clinical Pharmacokineticist

Introduction to role:
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of pharmaceuticals? We are seeking an Associate Director - Clinical Pharmacokineticist to join our Biopharmaceuticals R&D team. In this role, you will design and review clinical pharmacology study protocols, carry out non-compartmental pharmacokinetic analysis of clinical pharmacology studies using Phoenix/WinNonlin software along company guidelines, and prepare interim, draft, and final clinical study reports.
Accountabilities:
Your responsibilities will include providing pharmacokinetic methodology for inclusion in analysis plans and clinical protocols, working collaboratively with the clinical study team, ensuring pharmacokinetic tables, figures, and listing shells are appropriate, reviewing draft tables, figures, and listings, creating associated datasets, conducting non-compartmental analyses (NCA), interpreting and preparing the pharmacokinetic component of the Clinical Interpretation Meeting materials, writing the pharmacokinetic sections of clinical study reports and scientific manuscripts. You will also assist in the development of departmental guidelines, processes, software, and training materials for non-compartmental analysis and train and mentor other pharmacokineticists.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Science or Pharmacy
- 4-10+ years Pharmaceutical Industry and/or Academic experience in pharmacokinetic data analysis (i.e. Phoenix WinNonlin or similar) and report writing
- Sound knowledge of pharmacokinetic concepts and their application in drug development
- Knowledge of drug development process, regulatory agency guidelines and GCP
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Good oral and written English language fluency
- Experience with PK-PD modeling
- Team player works with others respectfully and cordially
- The ability to adapt, work through conflicts, and persuasively influence outcomes
- Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations and written/oral communications
- Thrives in a fast-paced business environment.
