- Evidence Synthesis: Conduct comprehensive literature searches and appraise scientific evidence; ensure appropriate use and permissions for all sourced content.
- Data Translation: Distill complex scientific data into clear, audience-appropriate messages that support therapeutic area objectives, product positioning, and educational initiatives.
- Medical Accuracy and Compliance: Perform medical accuracy reviews and uphold rigorous standards for scientific integrity, balance, and compliance across all deliverables.
- Operational Excellence: Contribute to process improvements that enhance quality, turnaround time, and efficiency; help build and monitor management systems and KPIs for performance transparency.
- Digital and AI Innovation: Drive adoption of digital solutions and emerging technologies to modernize scientific content delivery and scale impact across channels.
- Launch and Congress Readiness: Support strategic medical planning and ensure timely execution of content tied to launches, data updates, and scientific congresses, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Workstream Leadership: Lead or contribute to key workstreams in scientific content creation, medical information services, or digital innovation, depending on experience and business need—expanding your influence from immediate deliverables to broader strategic outcomes.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD preferred, MD, PhD, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in scientific communications or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
- Clinical and healthcare systems expertise.
- Scientific literature evaluation and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex scientific information into clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
