The Opportunity
Join AstraZeneca as an Omnichannel Manager and lead marketing initiatives across the Balkans cluster. This is your opportunity to drive meaningful impact in healthcare by coordinating sophisticated omnichannel campaigns.
In this strategic role, you will be positioned at the center of digital innovation, ensuring campaigns deliver strong results and operational excellence across multiple markets.
As the omnichannel strategist, you will drive the development and implementation of effective campaigns and digital assets. You will act as the key connection between local brand teams and the global Omnichannel Delivery Team, fostering collaboration while working with program managers in the POD model. Your expertise will maximize global resources while enabling regional innovation and sharing best practices across the cluster.
What You’ll Accomplish
Coordinate and implement omnichannel campaigns and digital assets as the primary point of contact for the Balkans Cluster
Partner with brand teams during planning phases to ensure full digital integration and support future-focused KPIs
Track and analyze key metrics across patient and customer journeys to continuously optimize performance, conversion, and satisfaction
Apply AstraZeneca’s strategic framework and proven methodologies to design and deliver effective omnichannel experiences
Champion agile ways of working by implementing modern governance and architecture for cross-business project execution
Identify opportunities by integrating channels strategically and developing innovative, value-generating approaches
Inspire cross-functional teams to accelerate innovation, digitalization, and patient-centricity
Monitor digital trends within and beyond the pharmaceutical industry, scaling successful initiatives and sharing best practices
Build strong internal and external partnerships through effective stakeholder collaboration
Oversee content creation through the Content Studio approach to ensure high-quality materials
What You Bring
University degree in a relevant field
Strong understanding of digital marketing and excellent project management skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering marketing campaigns, omnichannel initiatives, and digital assets
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud is an advantage
Excellent English skills; other cluster languages are a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects across several markets simultaneously
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making and campaign optimization
Strong communication skills across global, regional, cluster, and local levels
Regional and pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
Knowledge of regulatory requirements including GDPR, compliance regulations, and pharma frameworks
