Responsibilities
Join Evinova and play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Commercial Officer and helping us propel the life sciences sector forward in digital health. As the sales and marketing excellence, senior specialistt, you will provide dedicated executive support to the CCO, coordinate and deliver Evinova's commercial events programme, and act as a key point of contact for customers and external stakeholders. This role sits at the heart of Evinova's commercial operations, combining executive assistance, event management, and customer-facing activity, with a dotted line to the Marketing team.
Evinova is the recently launched healthtech business within the AstraZeneca group, and this role offers an outstanding opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, dynamic organisation making a real difference in digital health.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support to the CCO
Provide comprehensive personal assistant (PA) support to the Chief Commercial Officer, including diary management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and correspondence.
Prepare briefing materials, agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions for CCO meetings and engagements.
Act as a first point of contact for the CCO's office, managing communications with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
Support the CCO in tracking priorities, managing deliverables, and coordinating actions across the commercial team.
Handle administrative tasks including expenses, purchase orders, and procurement processes on behalf of the CCO.
Events Administration and Coordination
Serve as the key coordination point for all Evinova external events, managing logistics, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless execution.
Support the planning and administration of commercial events, conferences, and sponsorships, working closely with the Marketing team to align on objectives and brand positioning.
Provide on-site support at conferences and events, where appropriate, acting as a representative of Evinova and ensuring a high-quality experience for all attendees.
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and venues to manage event logistics including registrations, materials, catering, and AV requirements.
In partnership with marketing, maintain an events calendar and track event budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate directly with customers, prospects, and partners on behalf of the commercial team, maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach at all times.
Support the preparation of customer-facing materials, including presentations, proposals, and event invitations.
Liaise with internal stakeholders including Product, Customer Success, and Communications teams to ensure a joined-up approach to customer engagement.
Marketing Support
Work alongside the Marketing team (dotted-line relationship) to support execution of marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, content distribution, and social media coordination.
Support reporting on marketing and events effectiveness, including collation of feedback, attendance data, and post-event analysis.
Essential Skills and Experience
Proven experience in partnering with executives, ideally supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Experience in event coordination or administration, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience in supporting teams design value propositions and digital strategies within clinical trials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to engage confidently with customers and external stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
Degree level to Masters, or working towards a Masters.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
Comfortable working in an international, matrixed organisation.
