About the role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Lead of Digital Marketing Operations to lead and scale our global B2B marketing operations function. This role will be responsible for driving marketing performance, data strategy, AI-powered transformation, and full-funnel revenue attribution.
The Lead will oversee the marketing technology ecosystem, partner closely with Sales and Revenue Operations, and lead the evolution of AI-enabled marketing capabilities to accelerate growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision and roadmap for marketing operations, technology, and data strategy
- Own and optimize the global martech stack, including Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, Revenue Operations, and IT to ensure seamless lead-to-revenue processes
- Establish and scale ROI measurement frameworks, multi-touch attribution models, and campaign tracking standards
- Oversee digital strategy execution across SEO, AEO, GEO, PPC, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI for marketing, including predictive analytics, automation, and personalization
- Implement advanced AI-driven marketing automation beyond prompt-based tools, integrating AI into workflows and systems
- Manage website CMS strategy, performance optimization, and conversion rate optimization initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing operations team
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance scalability, efficiency, and performance
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (B2B required)
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong experience managing enterprise martech stacks and integrations
- Proven track record of building ROI and attribution models tied to pipeline and revenue
- Expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, AEO, GEO, PPC, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Experience partnering with Sales and Revenue Operations to drive pipeline growth
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven ability to lead AI transformation initiatives within marketing
- Experience building AI-powered marketing automation systems and workflows
- Expertise in predictive modeling, segmentation, and personalization strategies
- Understanding of generative search, AI search engines, and evolving digital discovery trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in health tech, SaaS, or enterprise environments
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation tools
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
