Our goal is to offer trusted, innovative, and efficient device services to our customers, and be known for  end-to-end visibility, streamlined logistics, and exceptional service

As a Device Commercial and Supply Specialist,  you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our mobile and medical device supply chain and service model. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, capable of managing logistics tracking, addressing escalations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

 WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

You’ll be joining a team who are building the service from the ground up – you have an opportunity to be part of the way we transform Evinova’s device supply chain and service model and offer a differentiated service.

Work with the Commercial team to manage and maintain forecast of Device, Logistics Services and Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Dataplan Requirements​

Manage Scope of Work and Purchase Orders in procurement systems with device and logistics service vendors to ensure supply of devices for ongoing and future studies is maintained​ and accurate

Manage Scope of Work and Purchase orders through Coupa for Device Services and provide budget to Project Managers

Monitor and manage Inventory for studies with vendors and develop forecasting and supply chain strategy​ for future growth and deployment of devices

Working with the Commercial team, on study award form client, complete vendor det up of study for Device Provisioning and Logistics, and MDM vendors​

Work with Project Managers to process any Change of Scope to studies that require and Change Order, including Courier services vendors​

Maintain global Logistics Deployment Plans, working with Project Managers to ensure Study Deployment plans are updated​ and accurate

Set up and manage Finance and Device usage tracking for each study, to ensure budget control and identify Out of Scope activities that require a Change Order or budget update

SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES NEEDED

The successful candidate will have

  • Experience in working with outsourced device logistics operations across global locations
  • Experience of building relationships with third party suppliers
  • Strong financial acumen, with ability to work with Commerical and Finance teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Sales, Product, Finance, and Delivery
  • Ability to translate complex logistics processes into simple, customer facing information
  • Technical accumen; the abiliy to understand the Evinova products suite and use digital methods for operational reporting  (e.g. Service Cloud, Power BI, key anlaytical programs) and financial tracking and reporting (e.g. SAP)
  • Experience working in a global organization with multi-partners, stakeholders and team members, spread out in a diverse culture environment
  • Passion for great service and service improvement initiatives
