Product Manager for Hyperkalemia, CVRM

This position will report to Franchise Lead, CVRM+

Design, implement, and evaluate marketing activities for assigned products within the defined product line. Partner with cross-functional teams and lead marketing programs, helping to implement improvements and change adoption. Analyze market data to identify key segment drivers and translate insights into action. Work in conjunction with promotional and direct-to-consumer teams to ensure integrated execution. Establish clear KPIs for each project and deliver strong, measurable outcomes.


Typical Accountabilities:

  • Analyze market data to pinpoint key segment drivers, uncover growth opportunities and business risks, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Design comprehensive execution plans, implement initiatives, and evaluate marketing activities for the assigned brand.

  • Review marketing programs and proactively introduce innovative ideas and creative projects.

  • Commit to measurable performance by setting clear KPIs for every project and delivering strong, demonstrable outcomes.

  • Liaise with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment, seamless communication, and successful delivery of marketing plans.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • > 6 years of pharmaceutical experience
  • > 6 years marketing and/or promotions experience
  • Has experience in the renal therapy area and prior engagement with Nephrology departments in Thailand
  • Fluent in English for presentation
  • Experience managing complex projects
  • Has experience launching new products in the market.
  • MBA in relevant field
  • Experience in Insight/Market Research/Access
  • Experience managing digital campaigns
