Product Manager for Biologic Product
The Product Manager role is a strategic commercial position responsible for shaping the success of existing product and newly launched biologics. The position focuses on transforming scientific innovation into clear brand direction and sustainable market adoption. This role operates at the intersection of analysis, strategy, science, and execution within a highly cross-functional environment. The Product Manager is expected to manage ambiguity, balance parallel priorities, and build strong alignment across internal stakeholders. Success in this role is defined by achieving the goal and effective launch execution, early adoption momentum, and long-term brand potential.
Typical Accountabilities:
- Develop brand strategy, positioning, and launch roadmap
- Designs, implements and evaluates marketing activities of assigned brand.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for new products in early period after launch
- Collaborate with Medical, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory and Cross-functional team
- Enable sales team with launch tools and training
- Monitor adoption and optimize post-launch performance
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6-8 years of pharmaceutical experience
- 3-4 years marketing and/or promotions experience
- Experience managing complex projects
- Proficient in English, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- MBA in relevant field
- Experience in Insight/Market Research
- Experience in newly launch products
- Understanding of the development and commercialization of new launch products.
- Understanding of the Thai Healthcare environment
