Market Intelligence & Performance Management

  • Lead BI Analysts in generating, interpreting, and embedding actionable insights derived from integrated datasets.
  • Champion the use of data across the organization to drive commercial decision‑making and foster a strong data‑driven culture.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Commercial and collaborate closely with IT/Digital leads to explore and implement business intelligence and automation solutions.
  • Synthesize complex internal and external data sources (e.g., IQVIA, CRM, SFE data) to deliver meaningful insights that support commercial strategy and performance improvement.
  • Oversee the development of reports and dashboards, enhancing existing metrics and ensuring the adoption of best‑in‑class analytics practices.
  • Lead the creation, maintenance, and automation of dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance.
  • Initiate and manage business analytics and intelligence projects, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and successful cross‑functional execution.

Market Research (Primary & Secondary)

  • Assess, scope, and recommend primary and secondary market research initiatives aligned with business priorities and strategic imperatives.
  • Provide guidance on appropriate research methodologies to ensure high‑quality insights that address key business questions.

Business Development (30%)

Business Development and Partnering

  • Opportunity Sourcing & Funnel Management: Generate and qualify BD opportunities (in-licensing, out-licensing, co-development, distribution). Maintain the deal funnel, status, and metrics.
  • Business Cases: Develop robust business cases with scenario analyses; size markets, assess pricing and access assumptions, and define value drivers.
  • Due Diligence & Deal Execution: Orchestrate cross-functional diligence (scientific, regulatory, commercial, Legal, Procurement). Support or lead term sheet and contract negotiations with Legal and Finance.
  • Post-Deal Integration & Performance: Define integration plans, KPIs, and governance; track milestone delivery, revenue realization, and synergy capture. Course-correct based on performance analytics.
  • Process & Governance: Prepare materials for investment/leadership committees; ensure compliance with competition law, confidentiality, data privacy where applicable.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Refine complex analysis into concise narratives for senior leadership (In country and regionally); influence decisions across commercial, key stakeholders.
