In this role, you will be responsible for accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for approximately 18,000 employees across all 50 states and Puerto Rico. This is an opportunity to delve into intellectually stimulating work and be involved in a variety of technically ambitious and sophisticated tasks.

Accountabilities:
Your responsibilities will include translating business payroll requests into mass upload templates, ensuring payroll vendor receives all garnishment orders in a timely manner, performing overpayment recovery process, and ensuring accurate taxation of all earnings and deductions. You will also be responsible for responding to payroll ticket customer concerns, researching and resolving employee pay issues, supporting special projects as advised, and providing training to new team members on the use of the Time and Attendance (T&A) systems.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Advanced English
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- FCP or CPP payroll certifications preferred
- Experience with Workday Payroll and/or HCM preferred

- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including use of pivot tables and v-lookups
