We are looking for a T&D Marketing Strategy and Communications Manager to join our Operations and Technology Solutions team. This role is pivotal in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies and communication plans to attract, engage and retain AZ talent. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for talent and learning development combined with a strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management, this role is for you!
As a Digital Asset Developer, you will collaborate with the global T&D COE to create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with AZ’s development objectives. You will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive communications plans and integrated marketing campaigns. Your role will also involve utilizing digital marketing channels and social media platforms to increase brand visibility. You will develop compelling and impactful content that grows T&D’s digital presence across all channels. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and conduct marketing research.
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing or business or a related field
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing and campaign management and employer branding, preferably talent development
- Strong understanding of employee engagement and talent development practices
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including social media, and analytics platforms
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Talent Management and Learning systems is a plus.
