Maintenance Facilitator

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure team members understand and implement   relevant policies, procedures, laws, regulations
  • Participate in training provided and know where to find the knowledge we require
  • Understand budget responsibilities
  • Understand and adhere to financial tools and processes
  • Appropriate mechanisms are in place to track and control manpower and non-manpower expense within area, within budget
  • Develop subordinates’ capabilities and knowledge by on job coaching
  • Holiday , absence management and O/T are effectively managed to ensure the work/life balance
  • Team performance management, proper coaching to develop team potential that continuous improve team’s performance. Create the high collaboration and continuous improvement culture, and build strong people pipeline as well
  • Promote TPM culture and build solid development path to uplift all staff capability in TPM
  • Promote collaboration within and cross PET with other facilitators and peer groups
  • Quick response and solve the breakdown of the equipment. Plan and deliver preventative and predictive equipment maintenance
  • Provide sufficient technical support to meet PET demands on SHE, quality and supply
  • Resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues within required/committed time to ensure business continuity
  • Maintain and improve associated documentation and systems for GMP compliance
  • Effectively manage spare parts to ensure the availability and right safety stock. Follow up the expense to ensure the right consume. Develop and maintain technical spares suppliers and drive the cost reduction
  • Cross PET collaboration to share and learn good practices
  • Provide technical supports/resources to meet PET requirement on continuous improvement
  • Responsible for PET portfolio management, drive the projects implementation. Work closely with key stack holders to accelerate PET automation and digitalization maturity and reach the top decile performance that achieve PET 2025strategy
  • Support PET assets management including IP submit, assets introduction, installation, qualification and write off
  • SHE responsibility
  • Promotes safe work through compliance to rules and procedures

Requirements:

Education, Qualifications, Experience

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical ,electrical automation,or bio-pharmaceutical  engineering
  • Pharmaceutical knowledge and experience
  • Excellent written/oral English
  • High level of computer skills
  • Theoretical knowledge of project management
  • 5 Years above of working experience of maintenance related
