Purchase to Pay (P2P) team is one of the key areas within Global Finance Services. In our Global Buying Channel Support (GBCS) team you may not feel you're at the front line of research but your role in changing patients' lives is critical.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As P2P Digital Learning & Adoption Expert you will be responsible for developing digital learning content and application training within the application primarily using WalkMe on Coupa platform and providing step-by-step guidance inside the web application at the exact time a task is being performed by the users.

The role holder will be part of a global team with an international exposure and will report into Stakeholder Management &Training Manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ongoing maintenance, development, monitoring and constant improvement of the WalkMe application to ensure positive user experience with Coupa P2P platform
  • Gathering, analyzing requirements and business needs from users and functional teams and translating them into solutions applying the most appropriate WalkMe features
  • Design and create a range of P2P training content including digital courses, micro learning, videos, animations, and deliver face to face immersive and hands-on facilitated sessions
  • Drive the P2P e-tools adoption focusing on simplifying the user experience
  • Actively collaborate with all peers within Global Buying Channel Support (Customer Engagement Specialist, Supplier Enablement, P2P Problem Solving, Communication, PO Compliance, Buying Catalogues) to build and maintain relevant digital learning content
  • Implement change as required to drive process compliance and improve user experience
  • Monitor progress and deliver upon objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience with running adoption activities in a digital context for an international organisation
  • Practical experience in digital learning content development with the use of e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate) and/or adoption tools (e.g. WalkMe, WhatFix);
  • Previous experience with Purchase to Pay process
  • Graphic tools experience (Photoshop, Illustrator or similar) would be an asset
  • Experience with providing training and facilitating workshops
  • Ability to easily build relationships with colleagues from around the world and understand the purpose and requirements of various customer business applications, processes, and users
  • Ability to work in an agile, fast paced environment enjoying the challenges of change and responding and adapting to business needs quickly
  • Change management experience would be desirable but is not essential
  • Confident working and delivering high quality service without close supervision
  • Passion for learning; open-minded personality and proactivity in action
  • experienced in standard Excel analytics (data analysis and presentation)
  • WalkMe or WhatFix certification would be an asset
