About the Role

As part of the ongoing growth of the HR team in Warsaw, we are seeking a CEEBA Executive Recruitment Partner to develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with Human Resources Business Partners, Senior Business Leaders, and Hiring Managers within the region. The main focus of this role is to identify and fill executive roles with talented individuals possessing the right capabilities and skills in a timely and cost-efficient manner. The CEEBA Executive Recruitment Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving recruitment strategies in partnership with the Business and local HR Teams to identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals. This will involve participating in interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management, and managing the hiring administration process, as well as contributing to various Talent Acquisition projects with a strong emphasis on social media and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process within a designated area in the region
  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conduct phone and face-to-face/video interviews with selected candidates
  • Manage the Offer agenda
  • Develop strong relationships within the Global Recruitment organization to gain input for the development and implementation of marketing strategies, processes, and standards
  • Assist line managers with the analysis of each channel, including employee referral schemes, job boards, social networks, emails, events, ads, various online sites, and campaigns
  • Work with recruitment agencies on a limited scale to support the search for high-volume or niche roles

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, either from agency or in-house background within Pharma or FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of the sales & marketing market within the CEEBA region
  • Proactive approach to building candidate pipelines and using LinkedIn to proactively approach candidates
  • Previous experience with recruiting via Workday (nice to have)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders of all levels of seniority
  • A customer service mindset
  • Previous experience with employer branding initiatives is welcome
  • Fluent in English
