■ 職務内容 / Job Description


The role of Nominated Signatory(NS) covers a set of responsibilities for review and final approval of specified materials and activities linked to promotion, interactions with Health Care Professional (HCP), Health Care Organizations (HCO) and other related areas such as non-promotional health education materials and activities to the patients or general public. This is an important responsibility undertaken on behalf of AZKK and in a personal professional capacity. NS provides appropriate information and advice to internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, ComEX, R&D and  Medical etc.) in order to support proper promotional and non-promotional activities through close collaboration with other key functions Compliance officer, Regulatory affairs, Medical Affairs, Patient Safety, MIS and Legal). Nominated Signatory may contribute to the activities of the 
pharmaceutical industry (e.g. JPMA, EFPIA–J and FTC-EDPI etc.) as a representative of AZKK, a member company of the industry organizations. Roles will report to Nominated Signatory director.

 - プロモーション活動および非プロモーション活動に関するAZのポリシー、基準、SOP
 - 薬機法等の関連法規、販売情報提供活動ガイドライン、製薬協コード・オブ・プラクティス、製薬協の製品情報概要等に関する作成要領、公正競争規約、SOP、AZKK プロモーションガイドライン
 - 担当製品/領域のブランド/メディカル戦略・企画

・Logical thinking skill
・Comprehensive understanding of topics such as;
  - AZ policies, standards, SOPs relating to promotional and non-promotional activities 
  - Relevant legislations, JPMA Code of Practice, JPMA Guidelines for preparation of product information brochure etc. and advertisements, Fair Competition Code of EPDMI regulations, SOPs, AZKK Promotion Guidelines.
  - Brand/Medical strategy and plan of assigned product /TA
・Deep knowledge of assigned AZ product/therapeutic area
・Leadership capability for resolving issue/ difficulty
・Communication capability to interact with internal and external stakeholders as necessary
・Result-driven behaviour
・Self-motivation and adaptability
・Business acumen
