  • 擬定CVRM產品組合的長期策略,包括現有產品與新產品。帶領跨部門團隊研擬上市前與上市之計畫
  • 負責選擇最有機會的品牌契機和優先目標受眾,制定有企圖的策略,通過深入的洞察和分析,將患者的需求置於決策的核心,取得成功
  • 負責將策略轉化為宏觀大膽的想法和行銷活動,以推動不同的接收者在態度和行為的正面改變,實施和評估這些活動的成果。
  • 檢視績效以掌握機會,實現跨部門團隊的更高效率和效能
  • 確保所有品牌活動都符合規範,與總部同步協調,並由適當的相關人員核可,並真正以病患者為優先。


  • 至少3年CVRM產品管理或銷售經驗或至少五年的行銷經驗,了解CVRM市場競爭態勢,獨立發展現有產品群以及即將上市產品之策略。
  • 具備當地與全球商業環境能快速學習的潛力,了解當地醫療保健系統定價與給付。
  • 能靈活運用產品管理/品牌規劃/市場分析等行銷關鍵技能,清楚的邏輯分析與問題解決能力,找到利基點並開創創新與有效的品牌推廣策略。
  • 展現優秀的跨部門協調與溝通的能力,能啟發整合相關人員的能力,發揮正向的影響力。
  • 內部同仁申請需過去兩年考績分數連續3以上。
  • 具有CV/ Renal 產品行銷管理經驗尤佳。
