To achieve our ambitions, we are now expanding and seek a Brand Manager within Asthma and COPD in a newly created position with placement in Sweden.

In this role, you will join our Swedish team working with our exiting and upcoming products within COPD and severe asthma.

We have a strong pipeline with several launches ahead and are looking for someone that is eager to embark on this journey together with us.

What you’ll do (might vary dependent on the seniority level)

The Brand Manager is an important member of the Swedish marketing team, working in close collaboration with the other team members and with the sales team. You will have both strategic and tactical work tasks and deliverance within your assigned brands, to ensure a patient centric approach. You will develop, execute, and implement strategic and brand plans.

Further, the Brand manager responsibilities include:

  • Adapt global assets and campaigns to localized campaigns and materials

  • Manage the local production, e.g., agencies and ensure local sign off of all materials

  • Work in close co-operation with the sales team to support critical metrics and objectives within the therapy area

  • Responsible for training sales team on marketing strategy and materials

  • Track and follow up on strategic and tactical plan implementation

  • Develop ideas in co-operation with external and internal partners and implement projects that makes valuable contributions to patient care and improve treatment pathways.

Essential for the role

  • Proven pharma marketing and launch experience and good knowledge of ethical rules

  • Experience of developing and implement solid strategic- and tactical plans

  • A strong patient centric approach with a sense of commercial innovation

  • Experience with different marketing and digital channels (omnichannel)

  • Ability to identify and apply new ways of interacting, in line with our ambition to be a leading and innovative partner

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in Swedish and English

In order to succeed in this role, you have

  • Master´s Degree (desired) or equivalent, in Marketing and preferably prior therapy area experience within the respiratory area

  • Great eye for business and strategic approach

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities

  • Tender management experience

  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach

  • Good strategic, analytical and project management skills and a strong sense for planning, structure, prioritization, and execution.
