Our Singapore Marketing Company (SGMC) is responsible for the marketing of our medicines in Singapore. Here you’ll also find colleagues from AstraZeneca’s corporate functions and our Asia and International regions’ sales and marketing teams. What you’ll do
Under supervision of a Business Unit Head, you'll assist with development of marketing plans, which may include distribution channel solutions (digital, social media, inside sales), sales activities, and promotional materials for a specific product or therapeutic area. You'll assist with budget development and work closely with the sales force to provide needed materials.
- Assist with development and execution of marketing plans or projects
- Budgeting and monitoring of brand costs and expenses
- Track, analyse and validate brand/product and competitive performance and trends with key insights derived for Brand Plan
- Develop materials for the sales force to support effective sales effort and educate sales representatives on company and competitor products
- Assist with launch readiness (new indications) for the brand/product (where applicable)
Essential for the role
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in pharmaceutical/ healthcare industry
- Able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player, organized, results oriented and independent
- Broad understanding of the commercial, operational, and strategic aspects of the pharmaceutical business
- Ability to adapt quickly and flexibility in a fast-paced learning environment
Desirable for the role
- Experience in Oncology therapy area
- Marketing experience or exposure
- Certifications in digital marketing or related courses
This position is not eligible for sponsorship of employment visa/work permit in Singapore.
