  • Business intelligence and sales operation department (BISO) plays an important role in sales force effectiveness (SFE) management and business insight generation. BISO is famous for its well-established SFE methodology, system as well as business impact. Business Reporting and Analytics Center (BRAC) does not directly face BU but conduct cross-BU analytics and system enhancement. It is the analytics, knowledge, and platform center of BISO to track performance and support senior leadership team for deep dive analysis.

  • Reporting to BISO director, this role is supposed to deliver regular report, lead important cross-BU SFE project, conduct ad-hoc in-depth analysis, etc. Responsible for team management to deliver strong SFE related solutions based on business needs: Lead and conduct valuable analysis and proposals based on team responsibilities and get endorsement and agreement with key stakeholder; This role is also responsible for team capability build up and people development.

  • Lead the team to work closely with Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into analytic requirements, develop an actionable data analysis plan 40%

  • Accurate understand the business needs and provide insightful solutions to align with company/business strategy.

  • Engage Business LT level stakeholders and allocate the resource to proceed the proposals

  • Closely monitor BU performance and provide optimized suggestion accurately

  • Provide consistent methodologies, templates, tools and analytical support to the sales team on territory management and productivity enhancement 30%

  • Lead the team to provide hospital and physician potential identification,  call planning and work load estimation

  • Optimize sales force sizing and territory setting and FTE allocation

  • Develop analytical report on field force productivity  & resource allocation

  • - thoroughly evaluates different options, sees broad implications of an issue, knowing how a decision impacts other parts of the organizations

  • - based on the corporate overall development strategy and BU business needs, determine and analyze the focus and strategy of work                                                               

  • - share with the sales team knowledge about SFE and system via meeting, training, experience sharing, regional on-site work

  • - help SFE team members improve the capability in analyzing, diagnosing and solving problems through the systematic method(e.g. training, coaching, mentoring and other forms
