Business intelligence and sales operation department (BISO) plays an important role in sales force effectiveness (SFE) management and business insight generation. BISO is famous for its well-established SFE methodology, system as well as business impact. Business Reporting and Analytics Center (BRAC) does not directly face BU but conduct cross-BU analytics and system enhancement. It is the analytics, knowledge, and platform center of BISO to track performance and support senior leadership team for deep dive analysis.
Reporting to BISO director, this role is supposed to deliver regular report, lead important cross-BU SFE project, conduct ad-hoc in-depth analysis, etc. Responsible for team management to deliver strong SFE related solutions based on business needs: Lead and conduct valuable analysis and proposals based on team responsibilities and get endorsement and agreement with key stakeholder; This role is also responsible for team capability build up and people development.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES 主 要 职 责
Lead the team to work closely with Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into analytic requirements, develop an actionable data analysis plan 40%
Accurate understand the business needs and provide insightful solutions to align with company/business strategy.
Engage Business LT level stakeholders and allocate the resource to proceed the proposals
Closely monitor BU performance and provide optimized suggestion accurately
Provide consistent methodologies, templates, tools and analytical support to the sales team on territory management and productivity enhancement 30%
Lead the team to provide hospital and physician potential identification, call planning and work load estimation
Optimize sales force sizing and territory setting and FTE allocation
Develop analytical report on field force productivity & resource allocation
