  • JOB SUMMARY

  • Dig and deliver key finding to customer. Develop new modeling methodology and perform regular diagnostics to assess performance. Support internal sales performance and activity data management, generate the reporting and conduct the targeting setting projects.

  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand and translate business needs into analytic requirements, develop an actionable data analysis plan 50%

  • Develop new modeling methodology and perform regular diagnostics to assess performance

  • Create the analytical tool/report

  • Communicate with internal and external to better leverage the data

  • Facilitate for the training of the regular sales report/procedure to internal customers and SF, to ensure resources are well understood and conduct by SF.

  • Provide consistent methodologies, templates, tools and analytical support to the sales team on territory management 30%

  • Provide hospital and physician potential identification

  • Provide call planning and work load estimation

  • Optimize sales force sizing and territory setting and FTE allocation

  • Develop analytical report on field force productivity  & resource allocation

  • Sales operation Maintenance 15%

  • Manage territory setting and target allocation process

  • Regular system maintenance  

  • Change management

  • Procedure and Project support 5%

  • Review and Fine-tune current operation procedures
