  • Be partner of Oncology Sales & Marketing team; Train up brand and function team on cost planning and management
  • Address a course of action, which is supported by logical reasoning using insights from analysis (cost performance, product profitability), focused on the business & align with the relevant short-term and long-term intent (sales growth, cost control)
  • Be responsible for BU data steward as well as the monthly closing process
  • Support Monthly Expenses reports
  • Support budgeting and planning process to help the business team in delivering efficient and high-quality results, which covers Budget Cycles, Phasing. Facilitate BEP, RAP and consolidate the financial section
  • Coordinate internal control and Pharma code compliance in business operation

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or related)
  • Technical / skill training / 技 术 / 技 能 训 练
  • FP&A or business finance knowledge and experiences
  • Good command of Excel/PPT

  • Accounting/reporting/analyzing experience
  • 3-5 year in budgeting & planning field
  •              Desirable    理 想
  • 8 years in budgeting & planning field
  • Language ability / 语 言 能 力
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Computer literacy / 电 脑 知 识
  • Good command of Excel and Power point
  • Experienced SAP / ERP/data warehouse/Hyperion user

  • Strong cross function communication skill and work independently
  • Strong business sense, can quickly identify customers’ need and address it

  • Budgeting & Planning
  • Work proactively with the business to process LRP forecast, rolling forecast, phasing budget cycle
  • Validate budget assumptions to support a robust plan
  • Cascade down the budget to BU daily implementation through resources allocation
  • Support patient flow forecast for inhaled portfolio
  • Business partner & performance improvement
  • Support key business & investment decisions for inhaled portfolio with solid skills in scoping customer requirements, analyzing issues, developing options and enabling appropriate decision making based on strategic business need
  • Driving financial performance and business activity via defined KPIs, to advise senior management on key drivers
  • Negotiate and communicate effectively across functions to achieve a positive outcome
  • Analyzing & Reporting
  • Ensure month-end and year-end closing properly
  • Prepare monthly report package to BU or function heads
  • Address business (or resources) risk and opportunities through analyzing
  • Financial Governance
  • Work with finance team and compliance team to ensure control framework is in place
  • Continuous Improvement, Coaching & Governance
  • Participate in E&E initiatives in Finance & Purchasing team
  • Support continuous improvement in Finance processes and capabilities and to lead financial risk management and financial governance in area of accountability
  • Provide finance related trainings to end-users
