    At least 6 years’ experience in a multinational company or PR agency in a  

     PR related position (pharmaceutical company is a plus)

    Strong experience to support senior leader’s communication

  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES 

Executive communication program 20%

  • Develop yearly executive communication plan and program
  • Create & manage all executive communication channels
  • Development all communication materials for China President

  • Develop and review the executive communication plan with Communication Head, which is aligned with overall communication plan and SMT request.
  • Participate key business meetings and well understand China business and key projects/program in each BU/functions and make sure all communication materials aligned with our key priorities / focus
  • Develop quarterly China business update video for China GM
  • Edit all related all message from China GM

Wechat platform 50%

  • Responsible for management of all internal wechat platforms
  • Fully utilize wechat as the communication platform and develop interesting content

  • Work closely with IT to manage the internal wechat platform
  • Lead the content development and creative

Executive related events 15%

  • Manage all executive related events in China including townhalls,
  • Fully involvement of global CEO/SET China visit
  • Arrange 1-2 national town halls and other events led by China President
  • Be a key members in all events of global CEO/SET China visit
  • Arrange small group communication with China President and SMT

Business partner of key function 20%

  • Be a communication consultant supporting function’s internal communication
  • Support function head’s communication
  • Provide professional advice to function’s leadership team
  • Develop quarterly VP message and related VP communication materials
  • Be a bridge between function and communication team
