Job Summary

  • Drive overall AZ China Business Planning. Support Brand Team to deliver best-in-class Brand Strategic Plan and Brand Experience Plan and connect them with overall Business Planning process (Finance: RBU, ABU; Sales)

  • Is responsible for Launch Excellence (LEX) across TAs. Ensure a flawless commercial readiness of our new products through a close monitoring and an efficient cross-functional work

  • Drive Marketing Effectiveness across TAs. Set the quality standard of major marketing activities (AZ owned and Contribution / Sponsorship) and propose efficient solutions to track and improve impact / ROI.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES   主 要 职 责

AZC Business Planning 40%

  • Support Brand Team to deliver best-in-class Brand Strategic Plan and Brand Experience Plan
  • Encourage deep insights based on market understanding and facts
  • Connect brand strategy (Brand Plan) to programs and campaigns (Brand Experience Plan) so that customer priorities get pulled through to the next level of operational planning and execution
  • Enable senior management to evaluate Brand Plans through a consistent lens
  • Provide the new and innovative analytical tools to interpret data and make more informed allocation and investment decisions
  • Support Brand Teams to focus on main growth drivers and set up appropriate Brand KPIs
  • Leverage best practices from other AZ marketing companies
  • Connect Brand Planning to overall Company business process: Finance Planning (RBU, ABU), Sales plan (TAP)
  • Promote Patient Centricity all along the Brand Planning process

Launch Excellence(LEX)  20% to 40%

  • Is responsible for Launch Excellence (LEX) across TAs. Ensure a flawless commercial readiness of our new products through a close monitoring and an efficient cross-functional work
  • Set up project management framework/tool for launch excellence
  • Monitor/ drive project progress
  • Facilitate XFN team meetings
  • Ensure information transparency at all level (1st line team, SMT)
  • Identify risks/ support mitigation actions
  • Develop LEX capability building: best practices sharing, Global workshops, training design with CMA…

Strategic initiatives and other project responsibilities 20% to 40%

  • Lead key strategic initiatives that will ultimately enable AZ China to develop and implement winning commercial strategy
