Role description

  • Successfully lead Tagrisso business via building Lung cancer market with differentiated launch excellence
  • Collaborate with the cross functional teams for maximizing brand opportunities
  • Manage Tagrisso life cycle beyond the Lung cancer indications

Typical Accountabilities

  • Develop Tagrisso brand plan and seamlessly execute the planned actions in a timely manner collaborating with the cross functional teams
  • Strategically communicate with the external key stakeholders and collaborate with business partners based on high passion & winning spirit
  • Track business performance regularly working with related functions to achieve the brand goal

Skills

  • Develops brand narrative and KPIs
  • Design customer value proposition and drive articulation of the holistic value proposition across brand offerings
  • Tracks the content calendar, measuring success and suggesting data-driven improvements to outperform peers
  • Understands the research about customers, markets and anticipates trends over time
  • Ensures quality and compliance in content strategy, deployment and optimization
  • Tracks qualitative and quantitative data to measure impact, service and channel performance
  • Implement monitoring and optimize service delivery to ensure necessary scaling
  • Execute and track budgeting and forecasting
  • Cross functional collaboration with Medical, Sales, RA, and P&R to define joined up approach to customer engagement and share insights

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degrees and above
  • Language: Fluent English communication skills (speaking/writing)
  • Work Experience: Minimum 2-3 years' experience in marketing
  • Competencies : Strong drive for results / Ability to work in a complex environment / Good interpersonal communication skill / Project and time management skills
