Role description

Oversees, manages, and approves all marketing activities for a brand. Works collaboratively with the brand and cross-functional team to guide the development and implementation of the brand plan to deliver sustainable and measurable competitive advantage over both the short and long term. Leads, coaches, and develops the brand team. Drives alignment between global and local.

Typical Accountabilities

  • Ensures the alliance partnership as an alliance lead or project manager to maximize business potential with minimized risk.

  • Provide alliance strategy with insight and network with key local players.

  • Develops KPI’s, multichannel media management and analytics plans.

  • Full brand’s P&L accountability aligning profit targets and long-term brand development incorporating opportunities, insights, and analytics, technologies, and possibilities into breakthrough strategies.

  • Collaborate with extended team to deliver a sustainable pricing and access strategy for the brand including LCM (multiple indications).

  • Prepares and executes customer sequence activities and tracks campaigns across channels.

  • Orchestrates team across multiple activities simultaneously to accomplish team cohesion and collaboration.

  • Focuses on managing the team and achieving strong collaboration to drive performance and results. Able to lead and inspire direct and broad cross functional teams.

  • Advocates sustainable performance by creating a cohesive and collaborative team environment that thrives on people’s experience and skills.

  • Manage collaborations to ensure KPIs and objectives are met.

  • Ensure content generation and define management rules across channels considering internal and external compliance.

  • Identify influencers who can accelerate strategic goals fastest.

[Alliance management]

  • Lead overall partnership management to drive sales growth and to mitigate partner’s risks.

  • Anticipate business opportunities/risks and prepare contingency plan for partnership management.

  • Collaborate with partners for quality of execution and influence directly to raise AZ brands’ priority among partner’s portfolios.

  • Provide support on strong overseeing external relationships within alliance partnership.

  • Guide and lead partner’s marketing and sales plan in order to maximize partnership brands’ opportunity.

[Market Strategy]

  • Develops brand narrative and KPIs to set direction and deliver strategy, from vision to launch, including content strategy cycle.

  • Anticipates trends to better understand the market environment, develop marketing vision and setting brand direction based on evidence and logic.

[Brand Plan Execution]

  • Manages P&L, applying commercial logic in decision making and financial reporting.

  • Drives articulation of the holistic value proposition across brand offerings

  • Ensures quality and compliance in content strategy, deployment, and optimization.

  • Tracks qualitative and quantitative data to measure impact, service and channel performance.

  • Priorities, optimizes and measures engagement on key accounts, leading cross-functionally, leveraging influence.

  • Builds strong teams-effective in applying diverse skills and perspectives, collaborating on joint goals; manages through influence, bringing the organization and team along with the vision, linking departmental goals with organizational strategy.

  • Creates cohesive and effective cross-functional teams, challenging and inspiring others to deliver a step change in performance.

  • Coaches teams and direct reports, developing individual and team capability.

[Qualifications]

  • Education: Bachelor’s degrees and above.

  • Language: Fluent English communication

  • Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degrees and above

  • Over 15-year experience of marketing in pharma industry

  • Working at MNC prefferd

  • Primary care experience preferred

  • Alliance / OTC experience preferred
