What you'll do

As a Sales Representative with us, you’ll sell life-changing medicines within one of four therapeutic areas: Oncology, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic, and other diseases. Using your exceptional selling skills and personable attitude, you’ll build strong and strategic partnerships with healthcare providers across your territory – from clinicians and pharmacists to nurses and consultants.

The part you play in our business will be challenging, yet rewarding, requiring you to use your resilient, collaborative and diplomatic skillsets to make connections. The majority of your work will be field based, and will require you to be highly-organised, planning your monthly schedule, attending meetings and calls, as well as writing up reports.

Le titulaire de ce poste relèvera du gestionnaire, Ventes régionales – Produits biorespiratoires.

En tant que représentant spécialiste, Produits biorespiratoires, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la canalisation de nos capacités scientifiques afin d’améliorer la vie des patients. Vous soutiendrez la croissance des ventes régionales grâce à des mesures efficaces de promotion des données scientifiques et des meilleurs médicaments, ainsi que par l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre d’initiatives d’apprentissage. Pour y arriver, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles afin de préparer un plan d’affaires régional intégré qui appuie la stratégie d’AstraZeneca et les objectifs au sein du territoire et des réseaux de soins.

Ce que nous recherchons :

Vous détenez un diplôme universitaire en sciences de la santé ou en administration des affaires, de préférence. Vous possédez aussi un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans la vente de produits pharmaceutiques spécialisés dans l’un des domaines suivants : oncologie, produits biologiques ou maladies rares.

Vous avez une capacité démontrée à interagir avec les principaux clients d’une manière hautement scientifique. Vous possédez aussi de l’expérience dans les domaines suivants : repérer des occasions d’affaires stratégiques de façon proactive, présenter des propositions de valeur conformes aux besoins et aux objectifs des intervenants, et proposer des solutions pour générer et développer des affaires. 

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous devrez offrir des formations spécialisées à des fournisseurs de soins de santé, au moyen des programmes appropriés selon les lignes directrices en matière d’éthique d’AstraZeneca.   Vous possédez une capacité remarquable de gestion des projets et d’excellentes aptitudes en communication, en organisation et en négociation. Vous avez une capacité démontrée à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution. Vous pouvez aussi diriger sans exercer d’autorité.

Vous devrez toujours vous mettre au défi pour vous améliorer et vous perfectionner. Vous devrez demander des rétroactions afin de vous sensibiliser de manière à mieux connaître vos forces et vos besoins en matière de perfectionnement.  Vous collaborerez dans tous les secteurs fonctionnels afin de produire des résultats gagnants-gagnants qui correspondent aux objectifs de l’entreprise. Vous devrez aussi adopter les valeurs d’AZ, comprendre les principes commerciaux de base et analyser les ressources disponibles pour prendre de bonnes décisions commerciales.

This position will report to the Regional Sales Manager BioResp and will support the field-based selling efforts of our respiratory biologic.

As a Specialty Sales Representative – BioResp, you’ll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives. Using a Key Account Management approach, you will support regional sales growth through effective promotion of scientific data and implementation of learning initiatives that fall within Astra Zeneca’s ethical guidelines. You will collaborate across functional areas to drive positive outcomes that align to organizational objectives, demonstrates AZ values, understands basic business principles and interprets resources available to make sound business decisions.

Who You Are:

You possess a University degree in health sciences preferably, or business administration with a minimum of 5 years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience in Biologics, Oncology, or rare diseases.

You have a demonstrated ability to interact with key customers in a highly scientific manner and have a track record to pro-actively identify strategic business opportunities, present value propositions aligned to stakeholder needs and objectives, and recommend solutions to drive and develop business. 

You have an excellent project management foundation along with excellent communication, organization and negotiation skills. You have a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast pace environment and can lead without authority.

You will be expected to consistently challenge yourself to grow and develop, you will ask for feedback to raise awareness and gain insight into one's strengths and developmental needs.
