Analyst - Accounting, Finance and Business Graduates (Japanese and Korean Speaker)

Global Business Services (GBS) is the heart of the AZ Finance function. We are accountable for the design and delivery of high quality, simple to operate transactional finance processes which, combined with outstanding business analysis and insight, enables our customers to focus on AZ’s strategic priorities. Our remit covers record to report, procure to pay and order to cash, tax, planning & forecasting and management reporting, to customers across AZ Globally in Commercial, Science, Operations & Enabling Functions, Tax, Treasury and Group Finance. AstraZeneca’s Finance function is continuing its transformation journey with the objective of delivering excellence in financial operations.

As the successful role holder, you’ll be an Analyst within one of our functions supporting the smooth and successful delivery of the function across the region. Some of the opportunities includes :
Data Management Team- Key person to support in resolving Local Country inquiries for by performing various tasks such as handling master data processing, including resolving basic queries and data investigations in a timely manner.
Record to Report (R2R)- As part of your tasks in daily accounting activities and month-end close, you will also ensure quality and accurate delivery of services within agreed guidelines as well as participate in process improvement initiatives outlined in our company and R2R team scorecard.
Travel & Expense Operations(T&E)- You will perform various T&E operation activities such as resolving Level 2 queries, perform month end transaction activities, and corporate card administration activities.
Accounts Payable (P2P)- You will be the key person in processing invoices and making payments to our suppliers, reimbursing expenses to employees, managing vendor & contract data, processing purchase orders and ensuring process and policy compliance in the space of accounts payable.
Contract to Cash (C2C)- You will be responsible to carry out transaction processing activities to meet the needs of both internal and external customers. You will support process improvement initiatives and perform day to day and the month-end close accounting activities in the area of Sales Order & Billing / Cash & Banking/ Collections.
Service Delivery Analyst- Responsible for delivering help desk for finance transactional services to over 8 countries, responding to user queries via phone, email and other communication channels.
Fresh graduate in Business or Accounting
Candidates with relevant working experiences are welcomed to apply too
Good communication in local languages – Bahasa/ English/ Mandarin
Additional knowledge in foreign language such as Japanese and Korean will be an added advantage.
