【JOPS Finance】Finance Senior Business Analyst, Staff
【職務内容 Job Description】
Long Term strategy support
Mgt team support for long term strategy planning for responsible functions, including volume analysis, gap analysis vs. targets and recommendations ono investment prioritization.
Short-term budget and FMC management
At all times, JOPS finance senior business analyst will have a clear view of the financial forecast of the responsible functions, compared to previous years and compared to budget. He/She will also track actual vs. budget during the year and recommend necessary action to ensure delivery of the budget for the responsible functions. In this role, he/she will work closely together with the Financial director in order to align key assumptions and to share any items that have a significant impact on the individual businesses.
Decision support as business partner
JOPS finance senior analyst in his/her role as a business partner for responsible functions will review and evaluate business unit/functional projects to generate sufficient insight from this information to influence the decision-making processes thereby steering the value chain. This will include business analytics of investment cases, outsourcing, P&L budgetary control, pricing, business plans and long-term strategies. He/She ensures that business plans are consistent with the company’s strategic financial objectives and are an efficient use of resources.
JOPS performance tracking
JOPS finance senior business analyst will e responsible for establishing and maintaining an accurate performance tracking process, enabling higher management to get a quick and accurate read on business performance throughout the year. He/She will provide first line analysis on business results.
Site cost budget management
JOPS finance senior business analyst will work with functional leaders of responsible functions and is responsible for developing, monitoring and reporting site cost spending versus agreed budgets. Through actual analysis and understanding the overall business needs, he/she will play a key role in determining the right budget for properly supporting the business. Once the site cost budge agreed, he/she will monitor actual spending, and will recommend the necessary action steps in order to manage the authorized budget.
