■ 職務内容 / Job Description

This role is responsible for the delivery of capability development initiatives and programmes and contribute to the design and development of new approaches and solutions for talent and organization development. Also responsible for managing the AstraZeneca future resourcing requirements database for its current and future ‘Talent Pipeline’, as well as preparing strategies for approval on how best to meet these requirements. Reporting to Talent & Organization Development Lead in Japan.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads the transformation of professional capability development within AZKK through the planning, effective definition and operational delivery of people development proposition for Business growth
• Leads the engagement with key stakeholders and Organizational Development Director to shape and crystallize the detailed components of the Talent and Organization development plan
• Understands the medium and short-term demand for talent and organizational development from across the Business, and to ensure that this is effectively managed collaborating with HRBPs.
• Ensures that the demand requirements are converted into understood, agreed and budgeted costs which are affordable
• Works with global and Asian T&OD leads to enhance talent development opportunities for Japanese talents and invite global talents from other countries
• Works with the other components of the organisation to define the optimum provision or supply against the articulated demand
• Delivers a step change in the professional capabilities of our key leaders and the associated business performance
• Designs and delivers a portfolio of high quality, business aligned development programmes in Japan
• Works with global and Asian development teams to accelerate implementation of global programs and to work on global development related projects as Japan representative.
• Acts as an effective member of the Talent and Organisational Development team, collaboratively developing its strategy, managing its performance and developing its people

【経験 / Experience】

•Detailed knowledge of up to date theories of professional development, management development, learning theory, training methodologies and channels
•A strong track record in effective engagement and partnering of Senior Management Team
•Design experience of professional development interventions and materials
•Demonstrated ability to plan and execute a new training/learning program using various resources.
•An established record of success in managing and delivering multiple small projects to a range of customers on time, within budget and to the desired quality
•Ability to build relationships with customers (functional leaders/managers, HR colleagues and employees) and suppliers by partnering and consultation. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; collaboration skills
•Ability to develop, analyse and evaluate objectives, plans and also data. Interpret and communicate progress and results.
•Skill in soliciting input and evaluating business and client needs addressing concerns.Ability to influence, challenge and deliver constructive advice, diagnose and resolve problems and positively influence change
