【Customer Engagement Transformation】Omnichannel & Digital Marketing Partner
■ 職務内容 / Job Description
・ Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative digital marketing solutions to achieve strategic brand objectives, working in collaboration with specific brand teams within AZ’s product portfolio
・ Build and implement measurements for our digital marketing initiatives (including strategic alignment with brand objectives, as well as digital tools for monitoring and reporting processes)
・ Drive success of Omnichannel initiatives through business requirement documentation, management of agile technology development program, test & release, and support program.
・ Leverage digital marketing metrics to drive a continuous improvement cycle to optimize digital content and enhance content reach (including omnichannel and CRM tools)
・Designing and building digital marketing program monitoring dashboard for campaign optimization purpose with collaboration with data and advanced analytics team
・ Support search engine optimization (SEO) to improve owned media traffic and membership activation using customer and web behavioural data
・ Build and manage fast-paced test and learn program using different type of creatives to enhance digital content reach to target customer using latest digital marketing technology digital analytics tool
・Clarify best practices and drive adoption across AZ Japan
・ Manage digital marketing business operations running on latest Omnichannel/CRM technology and drive process / efficiency improvement over time

【経験 / Experience】
<必須 / Mandatory>
・ Digital marketing experience (at least 5 years, any industry) including:
・ Web anAalytics tools
・ AB testing
・ SEO consultation
・ Marketing automation tools
・ Passion for digital marketing technology
・ Energetic and self-motivated
・ Business level English and Japanese both speaking and writing
・ Ability to build trusted relationships and influence with key Stakeholders
・ Proven Project Management Experience
・ Resource and Performance Management
