To deliver benefits of AstraZeneca products to as many patients as possible, provide competitive solution and platform for sales and marketing team to create and execute the strategy sustainably from the viewpoint of Mulch-Channel approach and Data driven marketing. And contribute business by promoting the effective usage of each solution.

Job Description

  • Drive the innovative digital approach to support business strategy using latest Omnichannel/CRM technology
  • Manage digital optimization program to enhance digital content reach to target customer using latest digital marketing technology
  • Pioneering new way of content management to enhance customized approach to the target customer
  • Drive customer profile data generation strategy for the customized customer interaction design with various internal data sources and 3rd party partners to be a pioneer of new way of data driven marketing
  • Understand business strategy to support Omnichannel capability enhancement through business requirement documentation, agile technology development program, test & release, and support program.
  • Drive business operation process improvement running on latest Omnichannel/CRM technology
  • Monitoring KPI report and developing best practise to drive our Omnichannel initiatives to the next level

Qualification (Experience & Skill)

Essential

Desirable

  • Digital marketing experience at least 3 years (any industries)
  • Experience of Customer relationship management related project
  • High interest in digital marketing technology
  • Owned Media management experience
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • Business level English and Japanese both speaking and writing
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence with key Stakeholders
  • Proven Project Management Experience
  • Resource and Performance Management
  • Marketing/Brand Management experience
  • Marketing automation technology experience
  • Lead generation/nurturing experience
  • Healthcare/Pharmaceutical Experience
  • Media/Advertising Agency Experience
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and sales force platform
