■ 職務内容 / Job Description

Commercial Solutions
•    Lead design and implementation of innovative “Commercial Solutions,” for on-market and new launch brands, based on deep familiarity with brand challenges and strategies
-    Largest categories include reporting tools (input) and dashboards (output) to deliver strategic insights to sales force and HQ roles 
-    Implementation of solutions to support omnichannel marketing are also critical and requires partnering with adjacent team of subject matter experts (OmniChannel & Digital Marketing) 
•    Maintain and update tools as new brands launch and sales force structure shifts 
-    Handle confidential items to prepare for shifts in organizations structure 
-    Respond to incidents (outages, data errors, etc.) with effective communication to commercial teams
•    Drive other ad hoc initiatives to solve brand challenges (including for example EHR/PHR/RWD, implementations of AI modeling, etc.)

Partnering
•    Build strong relationships and partner with business unit leadership (CVRM, R&I, V&I), cross-functional brand teams, as well as other specialized teams in Commercial Excellence to lead transformation and drive digital marketing projects
•    Build deep understanding of AZ therapeutic areas, customers, and brand challenges / strategic plans
•    Build consensus with business unit leadership (business unit heads, therapeutic area marketing directors, national sales directors, sales implementation directors) on omnichannel objectives and implementation plans
•    Build network broadly in Japan pharmaceutical industry and remain up to date on emerging trends and competitor activity
•    Manage strategic partnerships with external vendors for commercial data, e.g. 3rd party media (M3, CareNet, MedPeer, Nikkei Medial, Medical Tribute)

People Management
•    Lead team of "commercial solutions business partners" to maximize impact on business
•    Further develop team capability (logical thinking, proposal creation, strategic problem solving, etc.)
•    Agree on SMART objectives with team members, and periodically review progress and provide coaching
•    Drive rapid information sharing across business partners to implement best practices, alignment on platforms, and adoption of effective tools
•    Proactively support career development of team members across AZKK
•    Prepare persuasive explanations of team member contributions (strong storytelling) to make their value proposition clear to cross functional business partners (including leadership) 

Financial Management
•    Create financial plans (including monthly phasing) and monitor progress vs. budget
•    Create persuasive proposals to secure resources (funding, people) to further drive priority initiatives
•    Negotiate with major vendors on large contracts for BAU processes or new projects
