The Innovation Lead will be Entrepreneurial in providing our organization with the culture, structure and capacity for a fast and rapid innovation.

Strategy& Planning

  • Design, build, and implement digital & innovation strategy that is in line with AZ vision 2025 & Biz strategy.
  • Develop and prioritize central innovation initiatives and provide consult to the brand team.
  • Develop a compelling brand value narrative that promotes AstraZeneca’s values and patient centricity
  • Lead innovative culture change and transform external customer engagement across a variety of stakeholders


Execution

  • Identify and execute digital strategy to incorporate emerging digital capabilities (e.g. chatbots, VR/AR, AI, digital wearables, PHR database, remote channel).
  • Leverage best practice across markets to consistently drive innovation across company
  • Assess rapidly changing digital health technology landscape to stay informed of key developments and identify innovative ideas, trends and technologies that could amplify our value/impact
  • Incorporate digital capabilities through systems, platforms, and applications to optimize efficiency across internal functions
