Contribute to maintain sustainably competitive position of AZ in the industry, who can make continued investment on scientific innovation to help patients, by maximizing the value of AZ science through delivering benefits of products/portfolio to as many patients as possible
A team player with a proven record of achieving sustainable, high-impact change in line. This person will be responsible for cross-functional team delivery to achieve AZ’s Severe asthma biologics penetration pioneer goals: Achieve budget, biologics trusted advisor/Firm of choice for biologics treatment.
In addition to that, this person will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating the marketing activities for severe asthma biologics penetration (Biopen) within a given strategic imperatives including distribution channel solutions (may include digital, social media, etc).
Role & Responsibilities
・Develop brand/portfolio strategy for Benralizumab to solve issues to maximize the business with in depth understanding of the market/customer/product & portfolio through issue dentification/ structure/ analysis /hypothesis building processes with X-functional team members
・Own his/her chunk to drive by themselves from planning, implementation to evaluation
・Design/conduct primary/secondary research and analysis to understand the status quo, validate the strategic hypothesis, and evaluate actions to shape the strategy together with market reserachers
・Get endorsement from internal/external stakeholders on our strategy and implementation plans
・Proactively facilitate communication with stakeholders including Sales dept and Key External Experts to achieve the business goal
・Maximize the brand/portfolio value not just in Japan, but globally through close communication with Global team and other maketing countries.
Typical Accountabilities
Program delivery leadership
• Create and update project business case(s) (as required)
• Proactively identify synergies across Biopen branded and unbranded initiatives
• Drive projects for enhancement and game changers initiatives
• Continuously validate and ideate new Biopen projects and secure alignment and buy-in of key stakeholders across the organisation at new project launch and throughout project delivery
• Co-ordinate cross-functional teams to achieve desired project outcomes
• Input to annual budget planning cycles to help secure Biopen budget (as required)
Reporting and project management
• Create reporting for each Biopen governing bodies (as required)
• Consolidate impact tracking for the Biopen programme as a whole
• Facilitate project meetings/Check governance reporting schedule

【経験 / Experience】
<必須 / Mandatory>
• Bachelor’s degree
• Pharmaceutical marketing and/or sales experience
• Thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical business
• Comfort with ambiguity/uncertainty and ability to lead teams through situations by providing clarity, structure and focus
• Knowledge of strategic planning processes and tools
• Excellent strategic thinking & influencing skills, project management skills and strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral), organizational, relationship building, and consulting skills
• Cross-functional team experience
• Strategic influencing skills Analytical thinking skills
