The Internships will be a 12-week summer program from May 19, 2025 - August 8, 2025. This is a paid, full time (40 hours/week) position at the AstraZeneca Newark Supply Site located at 587 Old Baltimore Pike, Newark, DE 19702. Over the course of the summer, each intern will perform department specific day to day activities as assigned by their Supervisor. Each intern will also be assigned a key project of which they will be responsible for leading, executing and reporting out on to Site Leadership and staff. Internship supervisors and mentors will guide and coach interns throughout the summer. Interns will also have the opportunity for social connection in their cohort, various lunch and learns to gain a broad understanding of AZ's US operations, and community service in the New Castle County area.

Individual roles' requirements vary, and the below are applicable to all:
- Studying to complete a Bachelor’s degree or higher; in an area related to the role such as, Supply Chain & Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, or related fields
- It is expected that selected candidates return to school following completion of the Summer 2025 internship.
- Ability to report onsite to Newark, DE 4-5 days per week at the discretion of management. (Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role. Candidates who are local to the site will be prioritized)
- US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
- This role will not be providing CPT/OPT support.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
- Must have demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and achieve significant, complex goals and objectives.
