We are currently recruiting an Administrative Coordinator in Mississauga, Canada to provide direct support to the Head of Medical Innovation, Strategy & Operations, Global Medical Affairs, Oncology Business Unit. This is your chance to be a part of the Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit and be a scientific ambassador for AstraZeneca!"

Accountabilities:

"As an Administrative Coordinator, you will manage a highly complex executive calendar, schedule meetings, conference calls, and special events. You will be responsible for providing exceptional and broad administrative, coordination and project support. You will handle mail disposition, multi-location domestic and international travel arrangements, and time/expense reports with accuracy and efficiency. You will also produce accurate, properly formatted documents, PowerPoint projects, and reports under normally tight time constraints. Additionally, you will prepare and edit correspondence and general communications for review."

Essential Skills/Experience:

• High School diploma/GED

• At least 5 years demonstrated high level administrative support experience including experience of supporting senior leaders

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize time sensitive assignments

• Flexibility to adapt to ever changing needs and deadlines.

• Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and discretion."
